​​Chao Rui is a first-generation Christian who came to know the Lord during his junior college years. Before entering full-time ministry, he was a recipient of the SingHealth health sciences scholarship and served in management roles within Christian non-profit organisations for nearly a decade. He also spent a year in cross-cultural missions in Southeast Asia.

 

Effectively bilingual, Chao Rui holds a Master of Divinity from Trinity Theological College, Singapore, and a Master of Education from Regent University, USA. He currently serves as Vice-Chairman of the English Presbytery's Equipping Committee.

 

In his free time, Chao Rui enjoys nature walks with his wife and children and never says no to good food. He has a keen interest in research on pastoral leadership and theology and is passionate about equipping leaders and bringing the Good News to the masses.
